Who We Are

Mr. Bankim Mehta is a founder of the firm Bankim Mehta & Associates. Mr. Mehta is a qualified Advocate and a Law Graduate from Mumbai University. Mr. Mehta has also completed his degree in Securities Law from Government Law College. Mr. Mehta carries with him a decade of rich experience and expertise in Securities and Financial Laws. Before starting with new venture Mr. Mehta has worked with one of the leading Financial Advisory, Investment Banking and Stock Broking entities in India at a Senior Management level. Mr. Mehta is on Advisory Board of Intellistay Hotels Private Limited (an Executive Hotel chain in India). Mr. Mehta also serves as a Legal Consultant on the panel of ClinOma Healthcare LLP. Mr. Mehta was responsible for formation of ClinOma Healthcare LLP (a novel Healthcare services to Pharmaceutical Organisations and Patient in the area of Lifestyle Medicine). Mr. Mehta has been very successful in appearing before BSE and NSE arbitration proceedings.

The expertise of Mr. Mehta lies in setting up of private equity/venture capital fund, advising international companies in setting up their business place in India, registration of FIIâ€™s and their sub-accounts with SEBI, appearing before Securities and Appellate Tribunal, providing strategic advisory services to Indian Companies for setting up their business abroad, Legal Due diligence, advising of External Commercial Borrowings and Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds, Mergers & Acquisition etc. Mr. Mehta is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
